- Item Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in a resellable condition. This means it should be in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Return Process: The return request must be initiated within the 30-day period. The item should be returned to us in its original packaging or similarly secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Customer Provides Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Restocking Fee: A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Exclusions: This return policy applies to items that are not suitable for the buyer. It does not cover items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
